Sponsorship has been limited due to a lack of marketing. We would like to
grow our sponsorship, with your help, in order to win more races and compete
for a series championship. With your organization’s support, we will be able to
upgrade our equipment and complete our goal of being competitive every
week.  One goal of Looney Racing is to expand our racing market to other
areas, such as Hagerstown or Buds Creek Maryland, Natural Bridge or
Winchester Virginia.

Kristian Looney has years of experience and is a qualified driver. To date this
team has worked with limited funds, and with your organization’s help, we will
be able to race competitively in all markets.

Any sponsorship funding provided by your organization would be tax-
deductible as an advertising expense.  In return for your sponsorship of
money, products or services, through negotiations, it will be determined which
of the following will be provided by Looney Racing and/ or for your
organization.  Following is a list of some items, that can be considered as a
basis to start negotiations.

We are looking for sponsors to provide the financial support for any given
expense, such as, the fuel expense for the year, or the tires for the year, or
gate passes for the season, etc.

For your sponsorship funding of money, products, or services the following
advertisements for your organization for the entire 2007 season:

* decal on both quarter panel windows
* organization’s name in print on shirts and caps
* decal on the hood or deck lid
* decal on both fenders
* decal on both quarter panels
* public appearance(s) by the car at your organization at an agreed upon time
for up to three hours, including driver autographs and photo opportunities
* photograph(s) of the car and team to display at your organization
* your organization can choose the colors and schemes of crew shirts, caps,
and publicly sold   items (approved by Looney Racing)
* Link to your organization from our web-site and possibly from Eastside
Speedway's web-site

Performance Based Incentives – Looney Racing is willing to negotiate
Performance Based Incentives with any sponsor interested.  These incentives
could include: bonuses for a win, a top three finish, a championship in division
points or a finish top five in points, etc.  These negations may be for money,
products, or services.

Looney Racing will provide exclusivity in your field to your organization. We will
not accept sponsorship from competing companies.

Looney Racing reserves the right to decline sponsorship for any reason.  All
sponsorship monies must be paid upon acceptance of this contract unless a
payment schedule has been agreed upon. Sponsor benefits for any contracts
with a negotiated payment schedule will also require negotiated benefits.  Any
late payments will be construed by Looney Racing as a breech of contract on
behalf of your organization and Looney Racing will remove the organization's
decals until all payments are made in full. All other advertising benefits will be
suspended until payment is rendered.
